Welcome to Project Legacy LCC. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before accepting.
a. Subscription Fees: We offer both monthly and annual subscription options. The monthly subscription fee varies depending on the plan you choose. The annual option provides a cost-saving equivalent to two months subscription.
b. Pay-Per-Use Charges: In addition to the subscription fee, users will incur charges based on the volume of SMS, and email usage. These charges are billed when the user's prepaid wallet balance falls below a specified threshold (e.g. $10). Users have the option to adjust this threshold amount according to their needs.
c. Payment and Renewal: Subscription fees and any applicable pay-per-use charges are billed according to the terms agreed upon at the time of subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable fee using any payment method we have on record for you.
d. Failed Payment Actions: If a subscription payment fails, your account will automatically be placed on pause. During this pause, we will attempt to retry the payment or you may manually complete the payment at any time to reactivate your subscription. It is crucial to ensure that your payment information is up to date to avoid service interruptions. If you need to update the credit card on file, click here.
e. Continued Charges: Please be aware that unless you expressly cancel your account, charges for any active services, including phone numbers, SMS, or emails, will continue to accrue. This is to ensure that these critical services remain uninterrupted and available to you, even while your main subscription is paused due to payment issues.
f. Account Reactivation: Upon successful payment, your subscription and full access to all services will be immediately restored. Your next monthly subscription payment will process on the normal monthly date, not from when your account is reactivated upon a payment being received for a previous failed payment.
g. The terms of upgrades and downgrades are as outlined in the "Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades" section.
a. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for any subsequent subscription periods, but you will not receive a refund for any portion of the subscription fee already paid. For assistance with cancellation, please refer to our step-by-step guide available here. Your subscription is managed inside of the Legacy Control Center, under Settings > Company Billing (the Members Hub is not where your subscription is managed and removing your membership from there is not considered to be a cancellation of your subscription). Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
b. As per the step-by-step guide, you can schedule your subscription for cancellation at the end of the current subscription period, but you may still incur rebilling charges for outgoing activity like scheduled messages and emails. However, you are able to also cancel any rebilling charges by following the process in the step-by-step guide.
c. If you decide to cancel immediately, follow the process in the step-by-step guide to cancel your account, which includes cancelling all outgoing activity like scheduled messages and emails.
d. If you change your mind, you are also able to resume the subscription by following the process outlined in the step-by-step guide.
e. If your account is cancelled, certain features or functionality (such as LeadConnector phone numbers or email services) may not be retrievable upon reactivation.
f. Automatic Cancellation for Non-Payment will occur if your subscription payment has not been processed within 30 days from the original subscription payment date. You will receive automatic notifications via email for any upcoming subscription payments and for failed payments.
g. Charges for any active services will continue to accrue unless expressly canceled according to the procedures outlined above.
h. Downgrading your subscription does not constitute cancellation. Please follow the proper procedures for cancellation as detailed above.
Requests to pause subscriptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to grant or deny pause requests at our discretion. Access may be limited during the pause period. We also reserve the right to charge a monthly pause fee to retain information and data within the account.

Downgrade requests will be processed within 72 hours of submission.
Please note:
- The subscription changes will be implemented on, or just before, your next monthly billing date.
- Downgrading to LCC - Launch will result in:
- A limit of 50 contacts.
- Higher rebilling charges.
- Loss of access to the Memberships function inside of Legacy Control Center.
- Loss of access to the support feed on the members hub.
- Loss of access to the weekly live Tech Time call.
- You will still have support via the 24/7 live chat inside Legacy Control Center.

Please note:
- The subscription changes will be implemented on, or just before, your next monthly billing date.
- LCC - Elite includes monthly credits of $20, given on the date your subscription renews. These credits do not rollover.
- LCC - Scale includes monthly credits of $10, given on the date your subscription renews. These credits do not rollover.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees or pay-per-use charges incurred, including those related to upgrades and downgrades.

You agree not to use the platform to send or store any illegal content or for any purpose that is unlawful. You are responsible for ensuring that the content transmitted through your account complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
The software and all content on the platform, except for user-generated content, are owned by or licensed to Project Legacy LCC. By accepting these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these terms. You agree not to replicate, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from us.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. All changes will be posted in our members area, projectlegacymembers.com, and you are advised to review the terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the platform after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hawaii.
